Bay State Savings Bank now accepts loan forgiveness applications.

Bay State Savings Bank PPP borrowers may use our online portal to apply for forgiveness. To begin, please visit the Paycheck Protection Program Portal below. Please note we do not accept paper applications outside of the portal.

You will need the following items to log in to the Paycheck Protection Program Portal and complete your application:

• • Your business EIN or social security number
  • PPP loan amount (from SBA Loan Note)
  • SBA loan number (from SBA Loan Note)

Documentation you are required to provide depends on your loan amount as well as expenses being submitted to be considered for forgiveness.
