BSSB Awards Six Scholarships to Local Seniors

WORCESTER, MA – Bay State Savings Bank recently awarded five $500 scholarships and one four-year, $4,000 scholarship to six area high school seniors based on their academic achievement, character, and community service history.

The scholarship recipients are as follows:
– Claremont Academy – Milly Ann Figeroa Diaz, $500
– Doherty Memorial High School – Madeline (Tessa) Zafon-Whalen, $500
– South High School – Mabel Medina, $500
– Wachusett Regional High School – Ava Towle, $500
– Auburn High School (Elizabeth Roy Memorial Scholarship) – Grace Stannard, $500
– Auburn High School – Reese Levansavich, $4,000 over 4 years
