Bay State Savings Bank Promotes Rosa M. Hernandez to Branch Operations Officer July 6, 2022 WORCESTER, MA – Bay State Savings Bank is pleased to announce Rosa M. Hernandez has been promoted to Branch Operations Officer at the Bank’s 28 Franklin Street location in Worcester, MA In this newly created position, Ms. Hernandez will be working directly with the branch staff to oversee and streamline the operational practices in the branch system, while encouraging consistency throughout the branch network. Ms. Hernandez joined the Bank in 2003 as a head teller. Since then, she has held the positions of Branch Operations Supervisor, BSA Administrative Officer, and BSA Administrator/Compliance Specialist.
