Bay State Savings Bank Promotes Michelle M. Swiderski to Customer Relationship Officer

WORCESTER, MA – Bay State Savings Bank is pleased to announce Michelle M. Swiderski has been promoted to Customer Relationship Officer at the Bank’s 275 Mill Street location in Worcester, MA

In her new role, Ms. Swiderski will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, while continuing to provide our customers with the high level of personal service that they have come to expect.

Ms. Swiderski joined the Bank in 2012 as a teller. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2018.

Ms. Swiderski holds a bachelor’s degree from UMass Dartmouth. She resides in Leicester, MA with her husband, Matthew, and their two daughters.
