Bay State Savings Bank Promotes Rebecca L. Hirtle

WORCESTER, MA –

Bay State Savings Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Rebecca L. Hirtle to Vice President, Deposit Operations and E-Banking.

Ms. Hirtle joined the Bank in 2021 as Operations Officer and began leading the Deposit Operations Department in April of 2022. In her new role, Ms. Hirtle will continue to oversee and manage risks related to deposit-related operations, the online banking call center, and e-banking services including online/mobile banking and electronic payments.

Ms. Hirtle is currently in the process of obtaining her Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification through NACHA.
