Bay State Savings Bank Welcomes Catherine Hanna, Vice President, Loan Servicing

WORCESTER, MA – Bay State Savings Bank is pleased to announce its recent hire of Catherine Hanna, Vice President, Loan Servicing. In this role, Ms. Hanna will lead the loan servicing team, enhancing existing processes to improve the customer journey.

Prior to joining Bay State Savings Bank, Ms. Hanna worked for Cornerstone Bank. She graduated from Nichols College with a concentration in Finance and has more than 15 years of banking experience.

Ms. Hanna currently resides in North Grafton, MA.
